PART 3.3
Adult education documents
Adult education documents
Within adult education, circle leaders and participants have significant freedom to jointly choose both content and methods for the circle's implementation. However, it is important to have a documented plan for the study circle's implementation. In study service activities, this plan usually consists of a so-called method study plan that describes how the work in a study circle is carried out. Once the circle is underway, the group jointly develops a work plan for implementation. In course activities, planning is based on the description available on the website, where the course objectives and content are described. This planning is preferably supplemented with a log in the form of notes taken at each meeting.

Summary of attendance reporting
Circle leader within the study service
For you as a study circle leader, it's important that you report attendance at each meeting. You can do this easily using the e-service, which lets you see the names and contact information of participants. With just a few clicks, you can update meetings and record participants' attendance.
In the e-service, you can also view the method study plan for study circles. There's a general overview of how study circles work, as well as great tips for both you as a leader and the group participants. Additionally, in the e-service, you'll find your work plan, where you and the group formulate what you want to learn in the circle, how you want to learn it, and which course material you want to use. Here, you also evaluate how the circle has gone, specify the study material used, and certify that the information provided is accurate upon completion of the study circle, by signing the e-list using your BankID. If you don't have a BankID, you can sign via SMS instead. To sign via SMS, get in touch with your designated point of contact at Folkuniversitetet.
It's essential to view the attendance report as a legal document, and by signing it, you guarantee that the information you have provided is correct.
