Slide Summary of attendance reporting Circle leader For you as a circle leader it is important that you report the attendance at every meeting. You will do this in our digital attendance system. In special occasions attendance reporting can be done on a physical attendance list which you will receive from your contact person at Folkuniversitetet.

In the digital attendance system it is easy to see the participants' names and contact information, and you can also contact participants and your contact person at Folkuniversitetet. By means of some simple clicks you can edit meetings and enter the participants' attendance. There is also a log book in which you will write some sentences about what the group has done or learned at each meeting. If you report attendance on a physical attendance list, you can use the back side as a log book.

When the study circle, or a different adult education activity, has been concluded, you as a circle leader must certify by signing the document that the information is correct. In the digital attendance report you will sign digitally and on the physical document you will write your signature.
